Don’t worry the world is not ending

Hey Folks,

It’s been so long since I came here and had a conversation with you all. So sorry for that, but here I’m again. Well, I have been super busy with life and everything that’s going on My job, my freelancing work, my college, my exams, and more. This experience is good I mean super overwhelming, but today when I sit and write this I feel anxious and a little lost.

I was having a conversation with myself and I imagined myself talking in a podcast and the words that I heard from my mouth left me wondering why I’m not doing podcasts yet.

Anyway, I was feeling super low and lost, had work to do but was procrastinating a lot. And then this thought came into my mind. And I said to myself these lines.

No matter what phase of life you are in, even if you have become successful, even if you are running in a race to become successful, or even if you are still figuring out things there will be days when you are gonna feel low, anxious and like the world is falling apart.

But, remember every person goes through this, the successful one too also has days like this and the one who just graduated from college also goes through this.

But what hit me hard was, when we feel that way we just try to overcomplicate things, we just start blaming and comparing our lives with others which makes it even worse. We start feeling alone or like no one is with us, but what we forget is that this is just a day and it is okay to feel this way some days.

You have more beautiful skies to watch❤️

Go for a walk, watch movies, take a break, take a good nap, or just do something that you love. Don’t make things big when they are not, and don’t treat one low day as your whole life because there is so much in this world that you have to conquer, so much peace that you need to witness, and many more sunsets that you have to enjoy and many more blessing that you have to count on.

So, that’s it for today. I’ll take a leave now and make you guys wonder if it is really that big?

Thank you for reading❤️.

Diwali snacks that we all loves to eat.

When we talk about Diwali or when we think about Diwali festival food and delicious snacks are the first thing that comes in our minds and how much we all love to eat Diwali snacks isn’t it?

Coming home during the Diwali holidays and eating your favourite snacks is still everyone’s best memory and most favourite thing to do.

And As we all celebrate this Diwali I will be sharing with you guys my favourite Diwali snacks that I love to eat and I will be sharing recepie of  my most favourite snack.

1 Gujiya

Gujiya is my most favourite snack. It is in the shape of a cone in which we do the filling , the same as we do in momos, but in Gujiya the filling is sweet and then we fry it in the desi ghee of course.

Recipe:

First of all, the ingredients we need.

Maida

Ghee

Dry fruits( of your choices)

Desiccated coconut and

Khoya.

Now, the first thing that we need to do is make a  soft dough of maida mixing with ghee and water in it and after making the dough we will keep it aside and then for making the filling we will roast the khoya till it changes it colour to brown and after that we will add some dry fruits in it and some desiccated coconut which is (optional) so as our filling is ready and our dough is ready we will make small ball and then we will make small puris out of it and after that we put that filling inside that puri and give it a Triangle sort of shape and then fry it so our Gujiyas are ready.

2.Chakli or Chakoli

So the second snack that is also my favourite is Chakli. Chakli or chakoli is basically in the round shape like jalebis and it is made of besan(Gram flour)  rice flour and different types of dals and are spicy snacks which I think many of you have eaten and children love to eat.

3 Dry fruits ladoos

Dry fruits ladoos are the most healthy and easy to make snacks made of dessicated Coconut, dry fruits and khoya. These laddos have a very soothing smell and taste really yummy.

4.Besan barfi

This one is my favourite too. Besan barfis are mainly made up of besan which is Gram flour and ghee and we garnish it with so much coconut and dryfruits. Barfis are dry snacks and very easy to make.

5 khurme

Khurme is basically a salty snack non spicy and is made up of maida, oil, salt, and bishop’s weed. It is the easiest snack to make and you can enjoy eating them whenever you want.

So, these were my favourite Diwali snacks that are easy to make and have an awesome taste, tell me in the comments below what are your favourite Diwali snacks.
